Credit Card and Debit Card Fees
A 3.00% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. Any payment made by cash, check, or PIN debit card (where applicable) will not be assessed a fee.

Returns & Special Orders
Special Orders
All special orders must be prepaid. Special Parts order are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Any order for a Plow, Salter, Dump Body, or Truck Bed will require a $1000 deposit to place the order. If you cancel the order and the item has been delivered, you will be responsible for a 25% restock fee.
Returns - Electrical or Hydraulic Items
We will not accept returns on Electrical or Hydraulic parts. We will exchange defective parts only. ANY return must be accompanied by the original receipt proving purchase at Casullo’s Automotive Service.
Returns - Other Parts
Any returned parts (excluding electrical items) will only receive a full refund if the item has not been opened, damaged, weathered, or used and the parts have been returned within 7 days.
If your order was paid in Cash, you will be refunded in way of a check. All other refunds will be returned the way in which it was paid.
After 7 days there will be a 25% restocking fee to return an item due to supplier return requirements. We have a short window to return the product, or we will be assessed a return / restocking fee.
ALL RETURNS ON CREDIT CARDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 7% FEE- NO EXCEPTIONS
*Or you will be issued a store credit if you refuse the fee*
